This workshop is full of practical insights, tools and techniques that will improve your interpersonal skills, grow your confidence and get you more of what you want.

- Ways to manage your own mindset in order to feel more in control of your response when faced with difficult people or situations
- The impact of words and body language on how people perceive and interact with you
- Powerful ways to say ‘no!’ and to ask for what you want
- Specific situations where you would like to act more assertively and identified strategies to deal with them
