Confidence and Self-Esteem (L2 Accredited)

All too often a lack of confidence and poor self-esteem can hold a person back. This half-day, accredited course looks at these two concepts to understand them better and identifies ways that they can be built, both in yourself and in the people you work with.

We’ll Cover

  • Differentiating between confidence and self-esteem
  • Understanding the impact of confidence
  • Knowing what is meant by self-esteem
  • Understanding ways of building confidence and self-esteem

You will have a better understanding of the concepts of confidence and self-esteem, and leave with practical tools and motivations for building on them.

This is an accredited Gateway course, so you will be asked to provide some standard personal details ahead of the course so that the registration with Gateway can be made. Your personal details will be treated in line with GDPR guidelines. Delegates need to successfully complete the Gateway workbook in order to gain the accreditation (1 credit at level 2 on the RQF).
